An Everglades Back Country Experience for Those with a Desire for Adventure

Be part of a Swamp Buggy eco-tour deep into the remote part of the Everglades. Imagine sitting around a camp fire with your family or friends and no other humans for miles. As the evening closes in and you retire to your tent for the night and you begin to hear a symphony of sounds provided by limpkins, bull frogs, barred owls, whippoorwills, alligators and insects as they become active. As you begin to fall asleep you realize you are experiencing an event that very few people have an opportunity to experience because of the equipment and knowledge needed to do back country camping in this remote part of the Everglades.

The next morning you are awakened by song birds singing and the rays of sunlight piercing through the cypress and pine trees. You hear the sounds of wings passing over as wading birds are fly from their roost heading towards their favorite feeding grounds for the day. In the distance you may hear a wild turkey gobble or a bull alligator roar. For a moment your thoughts turn to the earlier explorers and you realize you are probably experiencing the same sites and sounds the earliest explorers of the Everglades experienced years ago.
